Meditation Workshops are designed to reduce anxiety and combat stress. Stress accumulates in bodies, if we don’t try to release it, it starts to create havoc. We become irritated, angry, less tolerant, more agitated, less loving people.

After your meditation workshop, you will feel calmer, more relaxed and your body does feel more energised. Some clients say that they feel like they able to focus more during the day. Some clients explain it as regaining clarity. Other clients say that sleep is more restful, a deeper sleep.

Meditation Workshops are scheduled throughout the year, next one is Saturday 9th April 10am-1pm at The Studio

Workshops duration: 3 hours, where a life topic is explored through the Meditation process. Mindfulness Meditation, Pranayama breathing, Yoga Midra Breath, Savasana Restoration, Energy Restoring.

What you will receive: in the workshop is tea & light refreshments, personal yoga gift of quality incense, 3 hour workshop with Rosa as your meditation guide, you may choose to add a 15 minute individual private session as your personal spiritual reading & insights to your journey ahead. Your own mantra is designed & given to you based on your aura & reading.

Cost: The workshop is $110 if you’d like to add on the private consultation full cost is $150 (option – to have private consult on the day or at another time)
